The Market Garden Orcas is located in Eastsound, WA and is owned by Jacob Linnes, owner of Orcas Island Market Grocery that shares owned property with the garden market. The Market Garden Orcas was established in 2025 to replace Driftwood Nursery, that leased space and operated a successful nursery for thirty years from 1993 until the owner retired in 2023. The grocery store has served the island community for 128 years, maintaining a strong reputation and local trust, and when Driftwood departed it was only natural to carry forward this community favorite garden spot, so together owner Jacob, and nursery manager Lisa Mirkovich, who brings horticulture and retail experience, have maintained this wonderful nursery space and are excited to see it keep growing and serve the community.
