Ten Lean Principles to Help Your Retail Business Thrive
Rick & Elizabeth Peters ~ The Peters Company
Green industry businesses are adopting Lean principles to reduce risk and respond more quickly to change. Lean is defined as the “relentless pursuit of the elimination of waste” with a focus on increasing value to the customer. This seminar gives a high-level look at ten Lean principles your retail garden center team can pursue right away. It also covers key factors to consider for successful Lean deployment in any economic environment.

Rick & Eliazbeth Peters Bio
