“FLORIADE, a Diamond in the Rough” – Steve Groger
Floriade (Flō-rē-ĂH’-dah) is the Netherlands’ once-every-10-year international horticulture exposition.  The 2022 edition’s theme was “Growing Greener Cities“. In his presentation, Steve Groger will give a first-hand pictorial account of this multi-faceted show, having attended two full days in early September.  Steve will not only explore this year’s show theme of how horticulture can and will positively impact the urban environment of the future through greening, food supply, health, and energy, but also present several creative display ideas you may be able to employ in your business.  He’ll also reflect on Floriade as a case-sturdy in event-management and public relations with the backdrop of a world-wide pandemic.
